"Hi…I have been brought up in Thai family cooking culture surrounding with a big compound family who enjoys home cooking and sharing with neighbors. I have enjoyed the good meals prepared by my family for 25 years before I learnt to cook professionally in Toronto in 1998 from the Great Thai Chef at Young Thailand Restaurant. Here is the Start Point of my passion in the Food Service career! Can’t forget to send Million Thanks to him … my Master and my best brother! "Hello! Canada! I was born in a Chinese compound family in Bangkok, Thailand. I have grown up in the Chinese-Thai cooking culture family. My mom, younger sister, younger brother and I have enjoyed most of hot and spicy foods which my dad has not. I have enjoyed watching my mom and my aunts cooking for every religious ceremonies and cultural festivals. They were delighted in telling the history and the belief of each ceremony and festival while they were cooking. Thailand is a wonderful place to get all your taste bud working well.
